FARMTECH produces and distributes high quality spare parts for agricultural machineries—harvester and tractor—inorder for making customers’ machineries work with their full potential and to save both time and money in the process. Our guarantee can be divided into two parts.

   If FARMTECH’s customer is not satisfied with the product received, the customer can return the product to FARMTECH and get a full refund under conditions as follows ;

      1.1 Product and it package must be returned in their original condition. The product have not been usedor put in machinery. Label and package to return must be in a good condition.

     1.2 To receive a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days after its arrival. Please contact the company immediately if you receive a wrong product.

    To ensure that all FARMTECH products are full with the quality and capacity, if any product purchased containsfaults resulted from errors of production or packaging process, please return the product to us or distributor to claim for a new one.

   

     This guarantee does not cover;

        1. Damage due to misuse or alteration to the product

        2. Damage due to improper storage or use

        3. Damage due to accidents such as lighting, drop or water damage

        4. Damage due to a fire or other similar incident
